Vigo di Fassa
Our property is located in the town center, in the center of Val di Fassa, 5 km from Moena and 10 from Canazei.
The municipality of Vigo di Fassa (1393 meters above sea level) is the ideal destination for the whole family, whether it is an active and sporty holiday or tranquility and rest. It is located in a particularly sunny dominant position, at the point where the valley reaches its maximum width. Once the capital and important political, cultural and religious center of the valley, today it is the seat of the Ladin cultural institute which preserves, protects and enhances the deepest aspects of Ladin culture. Exactly in the center of the Fassa Valley, it serves as a panoramic point, with a long view of both the upper part (Canazei) and the lower part of the valley (Moena). The Dolomite peaks form a splendid natural setting for each town: the Catinaccio, the Monzoni, the Sassolungo, the Sasso Piatto, the Sella Massif, the Vallaccia Group, with the imposing Cima Dodici, and the famous Marmolada, with its 3,343 meters (for this reason it is called "Queen of the Dolomites").
There is still a lot to say, but words certainly do not convey the idea of how to see and experience these enchanting places. We are therefore waiting for you to introduce you to every hidden corner and to experience the sensations that this valley can offer!
