All prices are per person, per day, for weekly stays, with bed and breakfast treatment.
For stays of less than a week the price varies according to availability, the number of days requested and the period (start of the week or weekend, low or high season).

For weekly stays to our guests we apply a 10% discount to our Typical Restaurant El Tobià, which is located on the ground floor of the same building. (excluding the period from 24 December to 6 January and the entire month of August)
- Tourist tax of € 1.50 per day per person, excluded, to be paid locally
- A single 25% discount on the third bed, regardless of the age of the person who uses it, for stays of 4 nights or more.
- Pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 in total for room sterilization. Dogs must be removed from the room for the time necessary for daily cleaning (about 30 min.) In the morning. They CANNOT be left alone in the room while it is being cleaned.
- For rooms equipped with internal kitchenette, the daily cleaning of the same (hob, crockery and cookware ...) is the responsibility of the guest.
- Convenient free and reserved parking at 50 meters. from the structure.
- The buffet breakfast, plus service, is available from 07.30 to 9.30.
- Check-in from 11.00 to 15.00 and from 17.30 to 22.30. Check-out by 10.00
The reservation is considered binding only upon receipt of the deposit of € 200.00 per room.

- In case of early departure, the days booked will in any case all be counted at the end of the stay, in the tax receipt
- The bill must be paid the evening before your departure day.
- No smoking inside the structure.
In the event that problems related to the health situation arise, for proven health reasons related to COVID-19, (quarantine, or illness), the deposit will be held valid for a subsequent stay with a validity of 1 year.
