Our "Kitchen" themed room with a real functional kitchen
Our cuisine is made of simple products of the Ladin tradition. In the past, bread was made a few times a year and, to preserve it, it was dried. Likewise, meat was also rarely cooked, exclusively on Sundays or holidays, and through drying and smoking it could be preserved over time (speck). Dumplings, snowshoes, barley soup, sauerkraut, potatoes, loin, strudel and fortaies are just a few examples of Ladin dishes that you can taste in this valley.
Double room, with sofa bed for a possible third guest. Possibility to separate the beds.
In the room there is a kitchenette equipped with a small fridge, dishes and utensils necessary for the preparation of quick meals.
Daily cleaning of the kitchenette (hob, dishes, cookware, etc.) is the responsibility of the guest.
